tendances d\u2019<strong><em>\u00e9volution des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques depuis le d\u00e9but du XXe si\u00e8cle<\/em><\/strong> et comprendre que les<strong> in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et sociales <\/strong>pr\u00e9sentent<strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>un <strong><em>caract\u00e8re multiforme et cumulatif.<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Savoir interpr\u00e9ter les<strong> principaux outils de MESURE des<em> in\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/em>s, STATIQUE<em> (rapport inter-quantiles, courbe de Lorenz et coefficient de Gini, top 1%)<\/em> et DYNAMIQUE<em> (corr\u00e9lation de revenu parents-enfants).<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>Comprendre que les <strong>DIFFERENTES FORMES d\u2019EGALITE <em>(\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits, des chances ou des situations)<\/em><\/strong> <strong>permettent de d\u00e9finir ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme juste selon DIFFERENTES CONCEPTIONS de la JUSTICE SOCIALE<\/strong> <em><strong>(notamment l\u2019utilitarisme, le libertarisme, l\u2019\u00e9galitarisme lib\u00e9ral, l\u2019\u00e9galitarisme strict).<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li>Comprendre que<strong> l\u2019action des POUVOIRS PUBLICS en mati\u00e8re de JUSTICE SOCIALE <em>(fiscalit\u00e9, protection sociale, services collectifs, mesures de lutte contre les discriminations)<\/em> s\u2019exerce sous CONTRAINTE de FINANCEMENT et fait
